Fibromyalgia support when far from home

by Maria Alves
(Bristol, BS7)

I'm Portuguese, recently moved to this country with my son and it's being hard to be alone. My husband has his work, I intend to work myself, but right now I spend most of my days at home with my 12 years son. Pain and fatigue are not helping, though I know I should walk around and do outside activities with him.

I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia 4 years ago and I brought my medication. Soon I will go to the nearest surgery to have an appointment with the GP (?). Already arranged all the application papers for me and family and we've been accepted at Monks Park Surgery.

As you don't have meetings this month I will wait until September.

Wish you all many good days, serenity and lots of smiling.

Kindly,

Maria
