Fibro after Chemo

Hi my name is Susan. I was dx with advanced stage breast cancer that had spread to lymph nodes at just age 37. I was told treatment or death. So easy choice, right? No-one told me about the neuropathy I would get and the all over arthritis and even worst the all over fibromyalgia. Also which led to a mild heart attack with heart damage and liver problems with blockage in a duct between the pancreas and the liver which had to have surgery then there was the gallbladder attack which had to be removed not to mention I lost all my teeth due to radiation and chemo damage causing me to need dentures! My life has been pure hell and fibro makes it even worst no-one understands the pain. My biggest relief has come from hydromorphone AKA Dilaudid 8m at 4x per day. I can at least get some activity without it killing me because as most you know for some reason the more you move the worst it kills you and it gets so frustrating because people get it confused with arthritis they think the more you move the better you get WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks for listening to my cancer recovery with fibromyalgia.... Don't let doctors tell you you are seeking pain meds! because yes they will even do that to a cancer patient!
