We are a group who have Fibromyalgia ME/CFS (FM.E) in common, working towards supporting each other and raising awareness of the issues regarding the complexity of FM.E and its long term effects. The group is open to people who have Fibromyalgia ME/CFS, their carers and family members,

FM.E is the amalgamation of both FibroMyalgia and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis: FM and M.E= FM.E. We use FM.E as a way of saving energy when talking referring to our group and its members. (it is not to be disrespectful to our local, national or global Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue syndrome communities)

The group meets on the 2nd Wednesday of every month and runs from 11.30 – 13.30 (arrival 11.15 (tea/coffee) for an 11.30 start). We meet at Wescott Community Room (1 -9 Wescott Grove, De Clifford Road, Lawrence Weston, Bristol, BS11 0WG. There is a £2.50 fee per month. This helps to cover monthly raffle prizes, the group admin costs and group refreshments etc.

Our group social meal is the last Wednesday of every month 12.00 – 14.00, at Bay Horse Public House, 1 Lewins Mead, Bristol BS1 2LJ (to the left of Primark). Please note there are no meetings during the month of August.
